Shipping and Delivery
Do you accept any returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns/exchanges. We advise you to check the product description and the measurements prior to ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We ship to various countries. You can select the country you would like shipping to at checkout, and a total cost will be calculated for you in your local currency.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is £5.50 (1st class signed for)
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. A further 1-3 days are required to ship the item.
What couriers do you use for your shipping?
We use Royal mail to ship our orders.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies solely with the courier service- Royal Mail. Anam Attire has no control over parcels after they have been handed over to the courier.
Anam Attire does not accept liability under any circumstances for delayed, missing, or lost deliveries.
If you have not received your order, please refrain from contacting us regarding delivery status, as we are unable to intervene once the parcel is in transit. Customers must contact Royal Mail directly to investigate delivery issues.
In the event that a parcel is delayed, missing, or lost, the customer is responsible for submitting a claim directly with Royal Mail via their website.

Anam Attire will not submit claims on behalf of customers, as this process significantly delays resolution on our side.
Royal Mail may request documentation such as proof of postage, order confirmation, or business details. Customers are welcome to contact Anam Attire, and we will gladly provide any necessary information to assist with the claim process.
Can I cancel or amend an order?
Unfortunately you cannot cancel or amend your order once its been placed. This also includes any pre-ordered items.

Are all your suits stitched?
Yes, all our suits are stitched and ready to wear.
What is the best way to contact you?

Will you be restocking your sold out designs?
Most of our suits are exclusive to our page and we have very limited quantities. Once they’re sold out a restock is difficult to arrange as we are unable to source the same material. If we do arrange any restocks we will notify you via social media.
